case #001 · Aug 2026 FIXED ✅

Two SQLites, one file, zero peace

The alarm module and the app each brought their own copy of SQLite and fought over the same database. Result: “database is locked”, but only sometimes, and only on some phones. Restarting “fixed” it, which is the most suspicious kind of fix. Now the alarms get their own tiny database.

Alarms only listened if you said “urgent”

The trial server had a shorter copy of the prompt with all the examples stripped out. So “wake me at 6” and “alarm laga do” did nothing, and only the literal word “urgent” worked. Now one shared prompt feeds both.

“Q3 budget with प्रिया”

Names were kept exactly as spoken, so titles came out in two scripts at once, and nobody searching “Priya” could ever find that note. Names are now romanised: प्रिया → Priya, चाय → chai.

The 12-minute curse

Recordings longer than about 12 minutes failed. Pressing retry failed in exactly the same way, very consistently. Long recordings are now split into segments.
